		Guarantee Of Quality Alpha Services laser printer, fax, and copier cartridges are remanufactured under stringent quality control measures, assuring the highest performance and reliability standards available. Alpha Services warrants its remanufactured cartridges to be free of defects in both materials and workmanship. Alpha Services will, at its sole option, replace the cartridge or refund the full purchase price of any cartridge found to be defective. Alpha Services also warrants that under normal use (provided routine maintenance is performed, including, but not limited to, cleaning corona wires and replacement of fuser wiper bars) our remanufactured laser printer toner cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal wear or deterioration to any compatible laser printer. If a defect in a Alpha Services toner cartridge directly causes a printer to fail within the period covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, Alpha Services will reimburse our customer for the full amount of all related necessary service and repair. This warranty is dependent upon notifying Alpha Services Customer Service immediately of such problems and providing satisfactory evidence that printer failure was due to defect in Alpha Service’s toner cartridge. Notification should include a written statement on the service company’s letterhead, dated and signed by their sales or service representative. Return of the defect cartridge is required. Alpha Services liability is limited to replacement or reimbursement as provided above. This guarantee is exclusive and in addition to all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
